Last month, the New York Times published an article noting the rise in houseplant sales, and that millennials are leading the charge. Millennials are coming out of college with more debt than ever, and therefore less are buying homes and more are renting. Less home buying means less access to a personal green space. Enter: houseplants. Those millennials are hitting one nail right on the head. Plants make a space more like HOME. I know that at least one corner in every room in my own home is houseplant real estate.

I promise there has been a reason for the radio silence over here in our little corner of the world. We have been BUSY! A blessing, and a curse, right?!?
